Project Implementation Processes
1. Meetings:
Our 15 staff meet fortnightly as the whole team and in the subject groups of MA, EN, SC in the other week.

2. Approach:

Staff are following four linked aspects -

(a) Build on and expand existing good T&L activities - in using existing or new activities teachers choose / identify 1 to 2 good learning behaviours (GLBs) to focus on from table (this table was developed earlier through brainstorming) that can be enhanced by the activity.

(b) They develop tools that assist students to identify and analyse / discuss the good learning behaviours associated with particular activities

(c) Student Journals / comments / work examples - summaries of , anecdotal quotes etc are collated.

(d) Teacher journal - two types
1. One that relates to the activity / discussion (use bits of the general format)
2. Secondly their ongoing personal reflections about the project, personal growth etc

3. Documentation:
Documents (with common formatting) on classroom activities and journals are shared on our intranet and stored under "LEARNING ACTIVITIES" on this website. Learning activities are hyperlinked to:
